1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qrpay888 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by qrpay888 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you register an account or access the Platform for the first time.

Qrpay888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use qrpay888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years or the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
• You must be an individual person and not a company, partnership, or other corporate entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You have never been suspended or banned from the qrpay888 platform previously for any reason.
• The funds you use for deposits and betting are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

Qrpay888 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Should you fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe, qrpay888 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any unclaimed winnings until full compliance is achieved.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at qrpay888. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and winnings forfeited.

During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. Required information includes:

• Full name as per identity card or passport
• Accurate date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Payment method details (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and others)

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. qrpay888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact qrpay888 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Qrpay888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for users in Malaysia:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and other FPX-supported banks

The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. The daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and can be increased for VIP members upon request. All amounts on the platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Qrpay888 may require an identity verification (KYC) process before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain amount. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, and proof of ownership of the payment account used. This process is in place to protect your account security and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Qrpay888 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as banking system outages or e-wallet provider issues. Any transaction-related concerns must be reported to the qrpay888 support team within 72 hours of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Qrpay888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for major events such as Hari Raya, Hari Merdeka, and Malaysia Super League or EPL football matches. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Qrpay888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a member is found to have abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

Qrpay888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus-related disputes must be raised with the support team within 7 days of the date the issue occurred.

7 Member Conduct

Qrpay888 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. As such, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or closure of your account:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that facilitate gameplay without genuine human involvement.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of qrpay888's systems or games in any way.
• Use of funds from illegal sources or involvement in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Bonus system abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at support staff or other members.

Qrpay888 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. If your account is suspected of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, qrpay888 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately while an internal investigation is conducted. qrpay888's decision in such matters is final.

8 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and qrpay888. The platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions. You should also take the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password for your qrpay888 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Never share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Do not click suspicious links claiming to be from qrpay888 via email or message — qrpay888 will never ask for your password by email.

Qrpay888 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Qrpay888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms within this document
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Requests from the relevant authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the qrpay888 support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded after deducting any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements, subject to the completion of all ongoing investigations.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, qrpay888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as a penalty, depending on the severity of the breach. This decision is final.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the qrpay888 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of qrpay888 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from qrpay888. Use of qrpay888's logo or brand name for any purpose other than a fair reference to the platform is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Qrpay888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Technical errors that cause bets to be processed incorrectly
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence

Qrpay888's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

Qrpay888 takes our social responsibility to all members seriously. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your betting activity:
